The Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Skills Workshop was organized to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to transform their business ideas into reality. This comprehensive workshop was conducted by Shri Sharad Balikai, Managing Partner, M/s. 4BH Steel Wires & Bars a leading export oriented organization which is the only company in South India to Export Special Steel Wires for Automobile sector in Switzerland., The workshop offered participants an in-depth understanding of the entrepreneurial process, from idea generation and market research to financing and scaling a business. Sir guided students on the critical skills, such as problem-solving, innovation, leadership, and financial management for a clearer understanding of how to start, manage, and grow a successful business, as well as the confidence to take the next steps in their entrepreneurial journey. Sharad sir also shared his journey from being an employee working for others to becoming a successful entrepreneur cum employer providing employment opportunities for youth in this part of the country.
