Bharatesh Global Business School, Belgaum had “Ujwal-’15 Breakthrough to Excellence” an HR Event with Social Change as its theme. Event was inaugurated by Dr. S.G. Bapat, former Dean, Tilak Universirty, Pune and the founder of Bapat and Associates, training Academy, Pune. In his address Dr. Bapat emphasized on team building and its importance in today’s dynamic corporate world. Shri Vinod Doddanavar presided over the function and in presidential remark, he stressed on the importance of team building events and social networking for one’s own success. The event had four team oriented activities viz; a Documentary on Female Feticide in India, Role play & Mock Media, Synergy- Management Games and Ramp walk with Creativity. There were nine teams participated in the event. The event was organized by the HR team of nine students under the guidance of Dr. Uma M.H. Associate Professor and supported by Dr. Govind Welling, the Director, BET’s GBS and the other faculty members. The event witnessed whole hearted participation from all the students and the winners are the Team Bhoomi, Team Shani and Team Mangala.
