CPBFI is a customized training programme which was conducted by our institution in collaboration with Bajaj Finserv Limited. It aimed to make post-graduate students employable for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Sector. CPBFI is a 100 hours training program spread across 28 days which was conducted by a pool of expert trainers; Dr. Amit Yalagi, Mrs. Saraswati Petkar and Shri Sachin Nadgouda with extensive industry and training experience. The curriculum has a good mix of domain knowledge of BFSI and soft skills ranging from advanced business communications and computer proficiency. A win-win for job seekers and companies, the programme equips to-be professionals in being industry-ready and feeling more confident when appearing for job interviews; whereas, corporate can tap into a ready pool of young finance professionals. A batch of fifty two students successfully completed the training with a post assessment test and received the certificates. The sessions were coordinated from the institute by Dr. Prasad D. and Mr. Manikchand B. along with lead trainer Dr. Amit Yalagi of Bajaj Finserv Limited.
