A session on “Career Opportunities in HR” was conducted by Mr. Sandeep Pilankar, Senior Human Resources Manager, Aequs Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. Hrishikesh Jadhav, Lead HRBP at Aequs Pvt. Ltd. The resource persons refreshed students with the essential components of HR and its importance in corporate sector. They highlighted the practical aspects of role of an HR manager and encourage students to consider career in HR as their future prospect. The session was followed by Q&A session by students. On this occasion Dr. Prasad Daddikar welcomed and felicitated both the resource persons.
