SOFT SKILLS WORKSHOP “BEYOND THE REALMS OF MBA”
A one day workshop on soft skills on the theme “Beyond the Realms of MBA ” was organized for MBA Students on 3rd August 2023.
The workshop highlighted the importance of Soft Skills when it comes to employability of younger generation. The resource person, Dr. Shirish Kerur, Director of Praavi Consulting, emphasized on importance of Attitude, Empathy, Gratitude, Emotional Intelligence , Non verbal and verbal communication for building employability among students.
He also urged the students towards cultivating the habit of reading books everyday which will help them in augmenting their intellectual capabilities.
