Sr. SAP Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to support an ongoing SAP implementation currently in the Cutover / Blueprint phase. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing complex SAP initiatives across Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstreams, with strong coordination across both business and technical teams. Experience in Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environments is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across SAP OTC and P2P workstreams.
Support Cutover planning activities, data migration readiness, task-level execution, and issue resolution.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of process flows, requirements, and deployment timelines.
Coordinate efforts between SAP core teams and external warehouse management / 3PL vendors.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate impacts to leadership.
Ensure project documentation, status reporting, and governance checkpoints are consistently maintained.
Facilitate workshops, standups, and cross-functional alignment sessions with both business and technical stakeholders.
Required Experience:
10+ years of SAP project management experience (functional or delivery leadership).
Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Proven success working in Manufacturing or CPG environments (required).
Hands-on experience supporting projects in Cutover / Blueprint stages.
Experience managing integrations with SAP warehouse management or 3PL vendors .
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across business and IT.
Strong vendor management, risk mitigation, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
PMP or SAP Project Management-related certification.
Experience with S/4HANA environments.
Work Style:
