Warehouse & Logistics Specialist job at HAYCO Group Abroad, US

Job Description

Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce (BBA / B.Com with SCM/Operations focus).
3–5 years in warehouse & logistics operations; import/export exposure preferred.
Knowledge: inventory systems, customs documentation, GST/E-way bill, export-import regulations.
SAP MM/SD modules: PR, PO, SO, GRN, Delivery.
ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle), advanced Excel, stakeholder coordination, documentation accuracy.
Export documentation, checklist filing, shipping-bill presentation.
RFQ/RFP handling and vendor onboarding.
Willingness to travel to off-site warehouses or customs locations as needed. 1. Manage warehouse operations: GRN, binning, FIFO, off-site inventory.

Ensure accurate inventory tracking and monthly/forecast physical audits.
Coordinate material-requirement planning with procurement and production teams.
Plan and execute domestic dispatches with transporters and 3PL partners.
Liaise with freight forwarders (FF), CHA, and shipping agents for import/export shipments.
Prepare and verify export documents, checklist filing, and shipping-bill presentation.
Create and manage SAP transactions: Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Sales Order, GRN, Delivery.
Support RFQ/RFP documentation and vendor evaluation for logistics partners
