About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Booking Agent to assist clients with planning and arranging vacations. This role is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with booking accommodations, including flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and packages.
Provide accurate information regarding options, pricing, availability, and policies.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional and friendly manner.
Research itineraries and present personalized recommendations based on client needs.
Maintain detailed records of bookings, payments, and client preferences.
Stay up-to-date on trends, promotions, and vendor offerings.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve basic issues related to arrangements.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using online booking tools (training provided).
Reliable internet connection and a professional workspace.
Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
