About the Opportunity
We are seeking a resourceful and motivated Recruiter to join us as an independent contractor. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys research, networking, and identifying top talent in a remote and flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills and fit
• Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking tools
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for active and future roles
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates as needed
• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to deliver qualified candidates to clients

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition preferred
• Strong research and networking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities

• Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor

• Must have access to a computer, internet, and sourcing tools/job boards
