About the Role: In this position you will:
- Order and stock kitchen supplies to ensure office remains well-equipped
- Manage catering orders, including setup and cleanup
- Track property concerns, reporting them to property management promptly
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with ordering supplies, tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Help coordinate on-site and off-site events including scheduling, setup, and vendor management
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers/vendors to appropriate departments
Key Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or related role
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and anticipate needs
