Job Title: Network Engineer
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Columbia, SC 29201 (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week)
Note: Must be a current South Carolina resident . No relocation.
Overview"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support statewide Cisco/Meraki network infrastructure and major technology initiatives. This role involves designing, implementing, securing, and troubleshooting enterprise WAN/LAN/wireless environments while supporting multiple ongoing projects.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor, maintain, and troubleshoot statewide networks and site-to-site tunnels.
Configure and support Cisco firewalls (ASA & FirePower), routers, and switches (3750, C9500, C9300, Nexus 5k/7k).
Support Meraki switches, MX firewalls, and wireless access points.
Perform software upgrades, log analysis, and network performance optimization.
Provide remote troubleshooting with statewide IT teams.
Develop implementation/test plans and maintain documentation.
Lead and support network projects end-to-end.
Communicate technical impacts and provide knowledge transfer to peers.
4–6 years with Cisco Firewalls, Routers, and Switches
Experience with Wireshark
Cisco CCNA & CCNP certifications
Strong communication and documentation skills
Cisco AnyConnect Client & VPN experience
Knowledge of .1X, AD, DNS, ADFS, PKI, PowerShell
