Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities:
• Meet with pre-qualified buyers and sellers across Charlotte and the surrounding areas.
• Guide clients through the Charlotte home buying and selling process with confidence.
• Follow up with leads promptly using our CRM and proven follow-up systems.
• Host open houses and convert attendees into clients (leads provided).
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that drives repeat and referral business.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For: • Active NC and/or SC Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in pre-licensing courses).
• Full-time commitment to real estate sales.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
