Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems in custom luxury homes, ensuring projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatch, management, and field technicians to support smooth operations.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles to uphold company standards.
- Manage inventory, ensuring all necessary tools and parts are available for scheduled jobs.
- Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry best practices.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company on job sites.
- Assist team members in obtaining necessary certifications, with support provided by the company.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of air conditioning installations, service, and ductwork.
- Ability to train and mentor technicians on best practices and company standards.
- Strong commitment to delivering quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to pursue additional certifications as required.
