We’re a multi-retail operator and vertically integrated cannabis company with multiple cultivation and manufacturing facilities — and a rapidly growing portfolio of brands. As we prepare to launch three new cannabis brands licensed to operators worldwide , we’re looking for a bold, artistic Graphic Designer who can dream big, design beautifully, and bring visuals to life through illustration, animation, and packaging design and innovation.

🌟 WHAT YOU’LL DO

🎯 Brand & Campaign Design

• Design high-impact visuals for product launches, campaigns, and brand activations that make an impression.

• Create eye-catching, story-driven packaging — from concept sketches to final print-ready designs — that capture the unique personality of each brand.

• Develop creative packaging concepts that combine artistry, functionality, and brand strategy for a cohesive look across product lines.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to evolve packaging styles, materials, and presentation for new product categories.

• In addition to thinking big, we need a designer who can efficiently execute against an ever-growing list of deliverables — including but not limited to creating renderings, mockups, resizing artwork, building and sending packaging files, managing dielines, and other related packaging assets.

• Produce both digital and print-ready assets , including in-store signage, flyers, event displays, and vendor materials.

• Bring fresh, original ideas to every creative project — we want innovators, not imitators! 💡

🌀 Illustration, Animation & Motion Design

• Produce custom illustrations for products, marketing materials, and white papers.

• Create 3D animations and motion graphics that make our content pop across social and digital platforms.

• Help define the visual language of our brands through imaginative storytelling, product renderings, and motion design.

📸 Social Media & Content Creation

• Design and animate content for Instagram Reels, Stories, and posts that stop the scroll.

• Edit and enhance photography and short-form video content for campaigns and lifestyle shoots.

• Build out visuals for Weedmaps, Dutchie , and other partner platforms to ensure brand consistency.

💡 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, illustration, and/or animation (agency or in-house).

• A naturally artistic mindset — with the ability to take a concept from sketch to final render.

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Familiarity with 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema4D, or similar) preferred.

• Proven experience in packaging design, creative concept development, and brand identity work.

• Bonus points for:

  • Photography, videography, or product styling experience. 📷

  • AI design experience — using tools like Midjourney, Firefly, or ChatGPT to enhance workflows, generate design concepts, and push creative innovation. 🤖
