Dining Services Director

The Residence at Presque Isle Bay is looking for a culinary professional that is team and people oriented to lead our Dining Department in our Senior Living Community, The Residence at Presque Isle Bay in Erie, PA.

Salary: $58,000 - $60,000 per year + Bonuses

Expectations:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to team members

• Meal planning, preparation and cooking

• Proactively order and track food items and supplies

• Creatively plan and prepare a menu for special events

• Maintain strict compliance with all food and safety regulations (federal, state and company)

• Create an upbeat and social atmosphere that enhances the dining experience

• Have a positive attitude and be willing to assist residents when needed

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of progressive Dining Service/Culinary experience

• A minimum of two (2) years experience in management/supervision of team members

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required

• Culinary, Hospitality or Management degree is preferred

• Food Service certification is preferred
