Job Title: Accounting Manager

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000

One of our commercial and industrial construction clients is growing and looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team! This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding commercial and industrial construction company, managing key accounting functions and supporting continued business growth.
Focus includes:
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Cash Receipts
Manage budgeting, financial accounts, and financial assets
Maintain accuracy and integrity of all accounting records and processes
Prepare month-end and year-end reports for leadership review
Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and forecasting
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
Targeting candidates with:
Experience in the construction industry (commercial/industrial preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Foundation accounting software
Proven experience managing multiple accounting functions
Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
A proactive and dependable approach to problem-solving
