Job Description

As a Travel Planner, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world! Travel Agents handle the research and booking process for clients, this can include airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales.

In this industry we have the pleasure of working with major vendors such as Expedia, Carnival Cruises, Sandals, Delta and many more Online!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Book air and ground transportation for clients.
• Book hotel reservations for clients in their desired location.
• Plan and promote accommodations and travel scenarios.
• Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans.
• Effectively manage your time when researching trips and communicating with clients.
• Use resources provided to Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients.
• Attend ongoing webinars and trainings with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Trainable and Coachable.
• Organized.
• Business minded is a plus.
• Able to work remotely.
• Able to work with no supervision.
• Computer or smart phone required.
