Warehouse Agent 

$18/hr

Shift: 1st (8 - 4:30pm)

Please note: 20% of this role is in a cold environment

Job Duties:

• Perform and prioritize warehouse activities to ensure smooth inbound/outbound cargo flow and high customer/vendor satisfaction.
• Take proactive steps to reduce claims and maximize service quality.
• Optimize cooler capacity, warehouse efficiency, and cross-shift productivity.
• Approach each file/customer with the goal of exceeding expectations and building confidence.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards with minimal damage or claims.
• Complete all required reports and records accurately and on time.
• Ensure freight forwarding activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Support other departments and stations to enhance customer/vendor satisfaction and overall profitability.
• Complete interdepartmental tasks promptly and accurately.
• Maintain warehouse and cooler cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with food safety and OSHA standards.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse, forklift, or pallet jack experience (preferred)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Authorize to work in the U.S. and able to pass a TSA background check
