Position Summary:
We are looking for friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. The role involves ensuring excellent customer experiences by providing prompt service, taking accurate orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when appropriate.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
Process bills and handle payments efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Positive attitude, with a focus on hospitality and teamwork.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
