About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Junior Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 3 years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform, supporting users, managing data, and helping maintain and improve our Salesforce environment. You'll work closely with senior admins, developers, and business stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and assist with system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily support and maintenance of the Salesforce platform and users.
Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses.
Perform routine data imports, exports, deduplication, and data quality checks.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards for various teams.
Support the design and automation of business processes using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
Perform troubleshooting, research, and resolution of Salesforce-related issues.
Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support minor changes or enhancements.
Assist with testing and deployment of new features or system updates.
Required Qualifications:
2 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Proficiency in using Salesforce tools such as:
User Management
Reports & Dashboards
Validation Rules
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of data management and CRM best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
