Volunteer Coordinator – Faith-Based Nonprofit

Location : Fort Worth, TX

Pay Rate : $20 – $25/hr (Based on Experience)

Hours : 20–25 hours per week (On-Site, Part-Time)

Position Summary

As the Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our mission and the people who help make it happen. You’ll handle the full volunteer lifecycle—from recruitment to retention—and support daily operations to keep things running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling new volunteers
• Supporting and engaging volunteers through clear communication and training
• Planning volunteer appreciation initiatives and recognition events
• Participating in and coordinating a year-round calendar of service activities
• Providing strong administrative coordination to support daily office operations

Requirements

• Experience coordinating people or events, ideally in a mission-driven or nonprofit setting
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a Christian, faith-based environment
• Proficient in office systems and general administrative tasks
• Able to post on and manage social media accounts
• Adaptable, proactive, and mission-aligned
• Must be able to work on-site at the Fort Worth location
• Updated resume required
