Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly articulate and detail-oriented Reader to provide virtual reading support to a visually impaired Veterans Service Representative (VSR) at the Cleveland VA Regional Office.
Location: Remote (Telework-Based Support for Cleveland VA Regional Office)Orally read aloud various documents (PDF & handwritten forms, medical records, evidence files and system screens)
Review outgoing communications (emails, letters, attachments)
Assist in interpreting inaccessible interfaces across multiple VA systems
Must be customer-service oriented, professional, and well-groomed
Able to work in a remote, secure, and distraction-free environment
Prior work with visually impaired individuals or disability accommodations
Familiarity with Veterans Affairs systems such as VBMS, CAPRI, or SharePoint
Experience in administrative, interpreting, or document review roles
