Description:

Patrol Officer

  1. Represent yourself, Hammer Head Security and our clients with complete professionalism
  2. Patrol multiple properties by company patrol vehicle and by foot when necessary, executing each of the different site specific Post Orders.
  3. Write detailed narrative reports using company reporting standards and tools to communicate with the Hammer Head Dispatch Center.
  4. Maintain a strong, visible point of control at each property to establish a physical command presence deterring theft and/or loitering.
  5. Actively enforce all Client rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to all emergency situations requiring security assistance.
  6. Respond to calls for assistance by clients and fellow Hammer Head Security Officers throughout the different company worksites in a specific region.

CURRENT VACANCY LOCATIONS : Milpitas, Fremont

SHIFTS : Day. Swing, Grave - Weekends Mandatory. MUST BE FLEXIBLE.

HOURS : Full-Time, Part-Time

CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:

1. Government issued driver's license

2. Personal DMV printout of clean driving record

3. High School diploma or equivalent

4. Valid California BSIS Guard Card

5. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must possess 3 years of Security Experience and 1 Year of Company Vehicle Patrol Experience. ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.

2. Officers must be in good physical condition, enabling them to perform the full range of security officer duties. Officers must be fully capable of performing work requiring moderate to arduous physical exertion under either normal or emergency conditions.
