Position Title: Travel Physical Therapist
Location: Chatham, MA 02633
Job Type: Contract
Shift: Day | 5×8-hour shifts
Pay Range: $60–$65/hour
Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a licensed Travel Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for adult and pediatric patients. The therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, implements therapeutic interventions, monitors progress, and collaborates with the care team to optimize functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients, set functional goals, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Deliver therapeutic interventions and adjust plans based on patient progress.
Document care, educate patients and families, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
Support and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students; serve as a clinical resource when applicable.
Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate patient records and participate in professional development.
Perform additional duties to support department operations.
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current BLS certification.
Strong English communication skills.
Advanced Clinical Specialist: specialty certification and experience in program planning and staff mentorship preferred.
