System One is partnering with a well-established company to hire an experienced Corporate Travel Agent . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong reservation experience, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with Sabre GDS . Candidates should also have a basic understanding of AIMS and HOTAC systems. This position is fully onsite .
Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel accommodations using Sabre GDS
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and resolving travel issues
Ensure travel arrangements comply with corporate policies and budget guidelines
Coordinate with travel vendors to secure competitive pricing and contracts
Maintain accurate records of reservations, expenses, and client communications
Assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, schedule updates, and emergency travel needs
Stay current on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination updates
Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel agent or in an administrative role
Proficiency with Excel
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Experience or familiarity with AIMS and HOTAC modules
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience using Sabre GDS for booking flights, hotels, and rental cars (preferred, not required)
Must pass a comprehensive background check, including:
10-year employment and history verification
FAA-mandated fingerprint criminal history records check
