Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial pool and aquatic systems
Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks as part of service work
Inspect equipment and troubleshoot system issues in the field
Educate clients on proper equipment use and preventative care
Partner with internal teams to identify service and improvement opportunities
At least 2 years of mechanical or technical experience (pool industry experience is a plus, not required)
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
A self-starter who values customer service and clear communication
Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
