You will work closely with business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams to modernize CRM capabilities and support mission-critical operations, particularly in regulated and utilities-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes and create detailed system and process flows
Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce solutions and enhancements
Architect and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems
Translate business requirements into technical and architectural solutions
Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
Create and maintain technical documentation , configurations, and user guides
Develop reports, dashboards, and data quality monitoring processes
Perform system audits , support upgrades, and ensure platform stability
Manage Salesforce data feeds and third-party integrations
Provide technical guidance, user support, and training as needed
Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for testing and CI/CD deployments
Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend continuous improvements
Local NYC metro candidates only (hybrid presence required)
Recent Utilities industry experience strongly preferred
