Analyze accounts receivable, billing and process inquiries while providing superior customer experience for internal and external customers. Determine and implement process improvements to deliver operational efficiencies. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. **Job Description** **Core Responsibilities** + Prepare and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs); present findings to leadership to support strategic decision-making. + Analyze facility and fleet operational costs to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings; provide actionable insights to improve budget efficiency and resource allocation. + Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and contractors for facility and vehicle maintenance services; Review new account setups and vendor onboarding to ensure accuracy and all vendor expectations are met. + Negotiate service agreements and monitor maintenance and repair budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. + Maintain building safety standards and ensure all facility operations adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols. + Prepare and present reporting on operational statuses, issues, and improvement recommendations to management.
