We're looking for driven, tech-savvy professionals to join our team as Solar Sales Consultants in

the Western NY area. In this dynamic position, you'll guide homeowners through personalized

consultations, transforming their interest in solar energy into lasting commitments. With

comprehensive training provided, you'll have the tools to excel from day one—no prior solar

expertise required.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct in-home appointments to assess homeowner needs and present tailored solar

proposals.

● Educate clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar adoption, leveraging

state incentives for maximum appeal.

● Close sales by building genuine connections and addressing concerns with confidence.

● Collaborate with our installation partners to ensure seamless project transitions.

● Track progress using advanced CRM tools to optimize your pipeline and results.

Exceptional Earning Potential

Fuel your success with a 100% commission structure that rewards high performers. On-target

earnings range from $150,000 to $300,000 annually, with uncapped opportunities to surpass

Qualifications We Value


● At least 2 years of field sales experience or 1 year in in-home sales (preferred).
