Role Snapshot

Join our print production team in Minneapolis, MN 55428 as a Sheetfed Offset Press Feeder on second shift. You’ll support high-quality lithographic runs on our KBA 105 and 106, 6- and 7-color, 40-inch presses. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. (four 10-hour shifts).

A Day in the Life

• Begin your shift by staging stock, inks, and plates, and coordinating job specs with the press operator.
• Assist with press make-ready, ensuring plates, blankets, and feeders are dialed in on KBA 105/106 equipment.
• Continuously check color, registration, and consistency, making ink/water balance tweaks to maintain optimal print quality.
• Help perform routine maintenance and participate in basic troubleshooting to keep uptime high.
• Work closely with teammates to hit daily production goals and job deadlines.
• Keep the press area organized and follow 5S practices to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Follow safety protocols and site policies throughout the shift.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a Litho Press Feeder or comparable press support role.
• Solid grasp of lithographic/offset printing workflows and equipment.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to contribute independently while collaborating effectively with the crew.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
