Job Description

Secret Level is hiring experienced Senior Producers to manage a wide range of projects across motion design, animation, AI-native storytelling, and integrated campaigns. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production process — managing artists, timelines, client communication, and delivery — while ensuring creative excellence and smooth execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who’s calm under pressure, highly organized, and excited about new creative technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with EPs, creative directors, technical leads, and external partners to deliver work that pushes the boundaries of what’s possible in modern content production.

Key Responsibilities

• - Own the production process from kickoff to final delivery

• - Manage timelines, budgets, team schedules, and workflow tools

• - Liaise with clients, artists, and creative leads to keep projects on track

• - Flag issues proactively and offer solutions across creative and logistical challenges

• - Track deliverables and ensure all work meets Secret Level’s creative standards

• - Coordinate with external vendors and talent across global time zones

• - Support pitches, treatments, and project planning as needed

Qualifications

• - 5+ years of experience as a producer in creative, agency, or studio environments

• - Strong experience managing motion, animation, VFX, or hybrid creative pipelines

• - Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills

• - Able to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving studio environment

• - Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Notion, Slack, Asana, etc.

• - A passion for experimentation and innovation in storytelling

• - Experience with AI-assisted workflows is a plus, but not required
