PLEASE NOTE: This is a seasonal position for the month of January 2026. Training shifts may be held in December 2025. Applicants must be available to work at least two out of the three weekends of Stock Show (01/10-01/11, 01/17-01/19, 01/24-01/25) to be considered.

Overview
As a Ticket/Will-Call Agent at the National Western Stock Show, you will be a primary point of contact for guests, responsible for providing courteous and efficient service in all ticketing and will-call interactions. Your duties include answering guest questions, filling ticket orders accurately and quickly, and processing payments. Following all Ticket/Box Office policies, you’ll ensure guests have a smooth experience by helping minimize wait times, balancing urgency with a welcoming demeanor.
The ideal candidate is a friendly, service-minded individual with a strong background in customer service and cash handling. You excel in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to making each guest interaction positive and seamless. Calm under pressure, you demonstrate a natural ability to address guest inquiries and needs with a professional, courteous approach. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, you’re ready to help deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Working Conditions
National Western Complex is a multi-purpose indoor and outdoor commercial and agricultural complex where dusty conditions and animals may exist. While performing the duties of this job, work is performed primarily indoors but may occasionally call for working outside in all weather conditions, including extreme cold, snow, wind, and rain, on varied surfaces. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with large crowds.
