Great Administrative Opportunity in Coralville!

Croco Orthodontics is looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly motivated Scheduling and Marketing Coordinator to become a valuable part of our team. In this role, you'll take the lead in managing our marketing efforts, including social media engagement, local events, referral relationships, and external partnerships.

Additionally, you'll provide administrative support to both our Front Office and Clinical Team as needed, ensuring that scheduling runs efficiently, patient interactions are seamless, and the front desk operates smoothly.

Our office hours are Monday-Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM and Thursday from 6:30 AM to 4 PM. If you're ready to bring fresh ideas, energy, and organization to our practice, we'd love to hear from you!

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing:

- Develop and manage engaging content across social media platforms

- Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies and platform algorithms

- Experience creating content that drives interaction and builds community

- Build relationships with dentists to establish referral networks

- Create a comprehensive annual marketing calendar and manage program budget

- Track analytics and optimize activities to maximize ROI

Scheduling:

- Greet patients and assist with check-ins and check-outs

- Maintain a productive schedule, ensuring high patient flow

- Handle challenging scheduling situations

- Manage scheduling changes and optimize the schedule for production

Verbal Communication:

- Handle scheduling objections professionally

- Welcome both existing and new patients

- Assist with calls from referring dentists

Ideal candidates should be upbeat, energetic, and highly social. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, along with the ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and provide outstanding customer service. Applicants must also be able to work independently and demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of relevant experience, ideally in orthodontics or dentistry
• Excellent keyboarding skills
• Knowledge of Word & Excel, software/hardware commonly used in office setting
