Location: Eindhoven, NL , 100% on-site
Duration: Contract




Role Description:


We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Architect with at least 10 to 15 years of experience to lead the design, integration and implementation of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) solutions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in SAP S/4HANA 2021 and a solid background in the Hi-tech industry (Discrete manufacturing). Candidate should have deep functional and techincal expertise in SAP FICO, a strong understanding of financial business processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.



Experience :


1.Responsible for the implementation of SAP and digital transformation projects in discrete manufacturing, with a primary focus on FICO module. Should have good knowledge of business process in Finance and controlling and be able to drive discussion, workshops with client.


2. Provide expert-level leadership in the SAP finance and Controlling modules. Collaborate with stakeholder to gather requirements and recommend best fit solutions.


3. Oversee the development and deployments of custom enhancements. Lead or support SAP S/4 Hana transformation or migration projects.


4. Provide consulting services for both new implementations and existing support projects. Offer ad-hoc training and user support as needed.


5. Possess at least 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP FICO with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.


6. Deep Knowledge of SAP FICO components: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, etc


7. Ability to design and configure processes in Technical Objects, Notifications, Order Processing, Preventative Maintenance Planning, and Work Scheduling.


8. Strong functional knowledge about Finance month end processes, ensuring correct results calculation and settlements.


9. Understanding of how these processes integrate other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, etc.,


10. Solid grasp of financial regulations and compliance (IFRS, GAAP, etc.,)


11. Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes
