Location & Work Arrangement

• City, State: Columbus, Ohio (Franklin County)
• Work Arrangement: Remote (Will need to attend occasional meetings onsite ). Candidates in Columbus, OH are strongly preferred.
• Contract: This is a Contract position.
• Mode of Interview: Webcam (Teams).
• Travel: Travel is required for occasional on-site meetings.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Environment

This role encompasses both technical leadership and hands-on development, focusing on custom solutions and integrations for the Salesforce platform.

1. Design & Custom Development (7+ Years Required)

• Platform Expertise: Over 7 years of experience leading, designing, and developing Salesforce applications across diverse business domains.
• Mandatory Domain: MUST have experience working in Public Sector Foundation Packages and OmniStudio (Vlocity).
• Code Proficiency: Extensive experience working with Apex, Visualforce , and the Lightning Web Component Framework (5+ years required).
• Portal Development: Experience developing Salesforce Community Portals (5+ years required).

2. Solution Architecture & Implementation

• Solution Design: Design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integration: Skilled in integrating Salesforce with external systems using Web Services/APIs (including SOAP and REST protocols ). Experience with middleware tools like Mulesoft is beneficial.
• Declarative Tools: Proficient in using declarative development tools such as Process Builder, Visual Workflow, and Lightning App Builder .
• Web Technology: Proficient in web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5 .

3. Leadership and DevOps

• Workstream Leadership: Lead development workstreams from design through testing and deployment, coordinating with cross-functional team members.
• Release Management: Knowledgeable in release management using GIT and Copado .
• Data Migration: Experienced in complex data migration strategies and execution .
• Mentorship: Proven ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Client Management: Maintain strong client relationships by providing updates and proactively identifying project risks.
