This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts for a final product at the right time and with the required quality. Each day, you will execute the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance. You will also showcase your expertise by operating machines in accordance with the operating manual, work schedule, and/or production order instructions.

This position works 10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand.
**This is a Safety Sensitive position under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016.
Your role and responsibilities: - Able to safely run variety of machines that run similarly
- Able to adapt to changing priorities (different machine, team, product) or volume
- Able to meet and run standards
- Identify machine deficiencies and bring solutions
- Perform daily preventative machine maintenance
Qualifications for the role: - HS diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience / training or combination
- Able to read and comprehend safety rules, operating/maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals
- Able to present information to individuals/groups/clients by reports or correspondence

Manufacturing includes made-to-stock and custom-made solutions.
