Revenue Cycle Integrity Manager , you will:
- Lead Performance Improvement: Identify, initiate, and lead data-driven process improvement activities across the back-end Revenue Cycle scope, including billing, follow-up, collections, denials management, cash management, and payment posting for both hospital and physician services.
- Drive Margin Improvement: Deliver quantifiable results by implementing solutions that directly result in margin improvement for our clients.
- Team Leadership: Provide direct people management to a team of 5+ junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and leading them to drive exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Client Advisory: Serve in a client-facing advisory role, utilizing your experience in management consulting to build rapport with executive stakeholders and deliver compelling solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery across multiple areas of scope and demonstrating a strong commitment to project execution.
Required Experience for the
Revenue Cycle Integrity Manager :
- Deep Revenue Cycle Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience across the back end Revenue Cycle scope, including billing, follow-up, collections, denials, cash management, and payment posting for both hospital and physician scope.
- Consulting/Advisory Background: Proven experience in a management consultant or similar client-facing advisory role.
- Process Improvement Leadership: Demonstrated, proven experience identifying, initiating, and leading data-driven process improvement activities resulting in measurable margin improvement.
- People Management: Experience leading a team of 5 or more junior consultants to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Project Delivery: Strong project execution and management experience, with a track record of delivering results on time across multiple areas of scope.
- Experience with Epic Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing preferred.
- Experience with the Maryland reimbursement model highly preferred.
