**Responsibilities**
* Assist in setting up and managing accounts on distribution platforms (e.g., Amazon, shopify ).
* Support digital marketing campaigns and practice branding efforts.
* Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or online platforms in a timely, professional manner.
* Monitor and update online listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Help track and report marketing performance metrics.
* Collaborate with the team to support outreach and promotional activities.
**Qualifications**
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, etc.) a plus.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and customer service.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Neutral accent
* Previous experience in marketing, admin, or customer support preferred.
