We’re looking for a Deal Desk Analyst (Contractor) to support our go-to-market teams as we continue to grow and scale efficiently.
In this role, you’ll help our Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams structure, review, and execute deals that drive predictable, healthy revenue growth. You’ll play a critical part in optimizing our quote-to-close process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment across teams.
You’ll work closely with partners across Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance to help create a seamless deal experience for both our internal teams and our customers.
Empathy for revenue teams. You understand the pace and pressure of Sales and Customer Success environments, and you work to make their lives easier through clear processes and responsive support.
Operational excellence. You bring consistency, structure, and precision to deal management while keeping things flexible and human.
Attention to detail. You spot discrepancies others might miss, ensuring deals are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies.
Cross-functional collaboration. You build trust and work effectively across teams—balancing the needs of Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps.
Analytical mindset. You use data to improve processes, evaluate pricing and discount trends, and make recommendations that strengthen our commercial approach.
Ownership and accountability. You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and you can make a tangible impact right away.
This is a contract role (approximately 6 months) with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. We’re offering $40 an hour.
