Regional Sales Representative (Remote)

Simon Roofing, a leading commercial roofing solutions organization, is currently seeking driven individuals to join our team as Regional Sales Representative (Remote) for the San Francisco Region . Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in outside sales and demonstrate a strong desire for professional development. In the role of Regional Sales Representative , you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones within your designated territory. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
• Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing.

Job Requirements:

• A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred. 
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience. (Roofing experience not required.)
• Work and reside in the San Francisco, California Region (REQUIRED).
• Willing and able to work remotely (work from home) on a daily basis.
• Cold Calling/Prospecting experience
• Customer service oriented.
• Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory.
• Ability to climb ladders to rooftops.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet.
• Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset 
• Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Benefits:

• Generous base salary of $60,000 per year and up to $15,000 in performance bonuses.
• Average second-year reps earn up to $90,000.00 per year.
