Role: QA Lead
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Job Description:
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years leading development teams .
Strong proficiency in Python or Java (both preferred).
Proven experience building configuration-driven systems , such as:
Metadata-driven pipelines or workflows
Dynamic business rule engines
Configurable API or data integration frameworks
Template-based code generation or parameterized services
Experience designing and optimizing JSON/YAML/XML-based configuration interpreters .
Deep understanding of database modeling (SQL/NoSQL) for storing and versioning rule configurations.
Familiarity with Kafka, AWS (EKS,Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB) , or similar cloud architectures.
Strong grasp of CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) , and GitOps workflows.
