• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation, and service work

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Perform pipe threading, assembly, and heavy lifting as required for various plumbing installations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Apply basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during installations.
• Assist with HVAC installations when necessary, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Provide maintenance person services as needed, including carpentry and remodeling tasks.

Experience
Candidates should have:

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
• Previous experience working on construction sites is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and tools.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment safely as part of daily responsibilities.
