Phlebotomist II - Part-Time | Lab Facility | Dallas, TX

Pay: $18-$23/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM | Rotating Saturdays

Temp-to-Hire | Full Benefits Package

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform blood collections for testing or donation with precision and patient comfort in mind.
* Accurately label and process specimens for lab analysis.
* Verify patient identity and ensure proper documentation during all procedures.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
* Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, ensuring a positive experience.
* Support clinical and forensic collections in accordance with established protocols.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent - Required
* 3+ years of phlebotomy experience , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections - Required
* Previous experience in a Patient Service Center - Preferred
* Phlebotomy certification , medical assistant , or paramedic training - Preferred
* Strong customer service skills, particularly in high-touch environments - Preferred
* Proficiency in data entry and electronic record systems - Required
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
