Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated social worker to provide support to the geriatric community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing end of life support, offering community resources, and discussing care goals with patients. This position will be full time in the Tooele area. You are paid for drive time and mileage!
