Position Overview We are seeking a
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant with psych experience to join our team. This is a
remote position with flexible scheduling, starting part-time with growth potential.
- Start: 1 day per week (8 hours)
- Clinical Care: :6 hours of direct outpatient psychiatric visits
- New patients: 60-minute evaluations
- Follow-ups: 30-minute visits (medication management + supportive psychotherapy)
- Typical day = :810 visits
- Collaborative Care (CoCM) Support: :1 hour per week reviewing cases with therapists
- Future Growth: Opportunity to expand clinic days as patient panel builds
Compensation - $50$80 per hour (depending on experience and training)
- 8-hour day = $400$640 per clinic day
- CoCM participation included in daily hours
- Opportunity to increase hours as panel expands
Requirements - PMHNP (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner) or PA with psychiatric experience
- Licensed in California
- Comfortable with telemedicine and EMR documentation
- Strong interest in collaborative, team-based care
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry required
