CEDAR PARK, TX CAMPUS - IN-PERSON POSITION
You're the operational maestro who orchestrates the symphony outside the classroom. While educators focus on student development, you'll be the force ensuring everything else runs with precision and warmth.
As the operational cornerstone of Alpha's Cedar Park high school, you'll wear two critical hats: campus operations expert and admissions virtuoso. You'll captivate prospective families with compelling tours, nurture relationships that convert interest into enrollment, and maintain a meticulous admissions pipeline. Simultaneously, you'll keep our campus functioning flawlessly—from daily logistics and facility management to technology troubleshooting and implementing safety protocols.

What You Will Be Doing - Conduct engaging, conversion-focused family tours while personalizing follow-up communications to guide prospects through the enrollment journey
- Manage the complete admissions funnel with responsive inquiry handling (within 24-hour window), proactive blocker resolution, and confident family guidance
- Implement and oversee comprehensive safety protocols, coordinate emergency drills, maintain incident documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Orchestrate daily campus operations, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and serve as the primary technology troubleshooter
- Design and execute compelling open houses and campus events that showcase Alpha's unique educational approach with polish and hospitality
What You Won’t Be Doing - Delivering academic instruction, classroom teaching, or student tutoring
- Creating or modifying curriculum or academic programming
- Maintaining a stationary desk position throughout the day
- Forwarding every technical issue without attempting resolution
- Working exclusively within conventional 9-5 hours (student activities occasionally require evening/weekend availability)

Basic Requirements - Background in Montessori education with practical knowledge of its educational philosophy and methodologies
- Demonstrated success in admissions/enrollment management with direct parent and student interaction experience
- Self-directed problem-solver with strong initiative and ability to take ownership of challenges
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities paired with advanced emotional intelligence
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Commitment to working on-site in Cedar Park, TX (relocation candidates welcome)

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
