**Job Title: Offset Press Operator** **Job Description** The First Press Operator is responsible for the safe setup and operation of the conventional, sheet-feed printing press. This role involves providing direction to the print crew and ensuring that optimum print quality and production efficiencies are achieved at a consistent rate of speed in accordance with machine standards and customer specifications. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate the conventional, sheet-feed printing press safely. + Provide direction to the print crew to ensure efficient workflow. + Maintain optimum print quality and production efficiencies at a consistent rate of speed. + Ensure all operations comply with machine standards and customer specifications. **Essential Skills** + Experience with CNC and machine operation. + Proficiency in offset printing and press machine operations. + 3+ years of experience with sheetfed offset printing presses. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to edit programs as needed. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and supportive environment where your expertise in printing operations is valued.
