Job Description

Primary location: Gardena, California Relocation offered: No Employment status: Full-Time Travel: No Non-compete: No Estimated base salary for this position: $43,600 - $50,000 per year. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.

We are seeking an organized, detail oriented and pro-active Office Coordinatoror Administrative Assistant experience. The successful candidate must have experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and be able to work well within an environment of constantly changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, helpful, and enthusiastic manner.
• Handle daily administrative tasks (e.g. scheduling, contacts, filing, photocopying, scanning, answering phones, etc.)
• Assist with compiling and distributing information and materials for meetings.
• Manage all information confidentially and with discretion.
• Ability to work with/learn new technology.
• Handle special projects as needed.

Skills

• Must be able to quickly acclimate to an incredibly fast-paced environment and be able to anticipate needs in advance.
• Great outgoing attitude is needed.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with superb listening skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skills a must.
• Knowledge of basic office procedures and customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time.

Requirements:

• Bilingual is a plus.
• High school diploma/GED required; AA degree preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in an administrative setting.
• Manufacture, Design and/or Architectural background is a plus.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 pounds.
• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
• Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
