New York’s famed  Pastis , a longtime hot spot known for Parisian fare from James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Stephen Starr and Keith McNally has come to  Music City! 
Pastis Nashville's debut in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood features some of the many elements Pastis is known and loved for—a classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors, all adorned with the glow of Pastis’ signature golden lighting.  

We are now hiring an   Office Manager   who   will play a critical role in supporting the   restaurant. R esponsibilities will range from   assisting   with recruitment efforts to ensuring the smooth flow of office functions. You will be the key point of contact for various office-related needs, helping us   establish   an efficient, organized environment to ensure a seamless transition to opening day and beyond.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Talent Acquisition Support:   Assist   with   front door ops,   job fairs, candidate experience, and other recruitment-related tasks as we build our team.  

• Onboarding Admin Support:   Help with the coordination and administration of employee onboarding processes.  

• General Office Management:   Manage day-to-day office operations, including organizing and coordinating deliveries, handling office supplies, and ensuring the office space is well-maintained.  

• Communication Support:   Answer phones,   assist   guests, and help the reservation team with inquiries or bookings as needed.  

• Team Coordination:   Work closely with the operations team to support the various departments and ensure all logistical needs are met during the opening period.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.  

• Experience with office administration or management preferred.  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  

• A passion for the restaurant industry and contributing to a positive guest experience.
