We’re a high-volume, client-obsessed mortgage team looking for a Loan Partner I (LP1) – the gatekeeper, calendar ninja, and relationship quarterback who keeps our Team focused on expanding relationships and closing deals. This isn’t just an admin job. This is the engine that drives 7-figure production. We're the exact high-volume, client-obsessed Loan Officer duo behind the LP1 role you're hiring for – the ones who need a "gatekeeper and calendar ninja" to free up their selling time and keep ratios crushing. Responsibilities: What You’ll Own (and Be Measured On) Leads – Turn strangers into raving fans • Contact 100% of new leads within 4 hours • Maintain 80%+ lead-to-consult ratio 60%+ lead-to-application ratio • Onboard every lead into CRM and schedule phone/video/in-person consults Calendar – Protect the LO’s time like it’s Fort Knox • Book 20+ high-quality appointments every week • Confirm 100% of appointments 24+ hours ahead (phone/text/email) • Prep LO for daily “Power Hour” and run tomorrow’s schedule review every night Database Relationship Marketing – Make clients feel like VIPs • Coordinate 2+ client events monthly (happy hours, lunch ’n learns, etc.) • Implement and track client engagement programs such as gifting, annual mortgage reviews, and event outreach. • Run birthday, home-anniversary and post-closing survey programs • Help blast 2+ email newsletters monthly and track open rates Inbox Admin – Keep everything spotless • Email Management: Handle the Loan Officer’s inbox by filtering, organizing, and delegating emails for timely follow-up • Monthly expense reports, tech-tool management, incoming mail, spotless desk Success Looks Like: • LO never misses an appointment • Clients say, “WOW, that was the smoothest process ever!” • You create 10–15 extra hours of selling time for the LO every week • The database grows warmer and referral partners beg to send you more business Qualifications: What You Bring • Mortgage experience strongly preferred (Encompass, Mortgage Coach, etc.) • NMLS license a plus (we’ll help you get it if needed) • Amazing phone presence – warm, confident, zero fear of cold/warm calling • Mastery of Gmail/Outlook, Calendly, Gemini, Chat GPT • Bullet-proof organization ability to juggle 47 things without breaking a sweat • “One step ahead” mentality – you finish the LO’s sentences About Company: Gouveia & Thompson Mortgage Pros is a top-producing mortgage team affiliated with New American Funding, based in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
